Our Melted Butter (Ghee) is rich in healthy fats, vitamins, aroma and taste. The process of making Ghee starts by sourcing milk from grass-fed cows and then using ancient churning techniques to ensure purity and quality through scientific testing. We blend traditional methods with modern science to produce our Clarified Butter (Ghee).

We use the traditional Vedic Bilona Method of making Ghee. Bilona ghee is a traditional form of ghee that is made using a unique process that involves churning curd to extract butter, which is then used to make ghee. Bilona ghee is believed to have several health benefits, including improving digestion, enhancing the absorption of nutrients, and promoting overall health and well-being.

Ghee offers a high smoke point. It is shelf-stable dairy oil one can store in the kitchen at room temperature for up to 18 months from the manufacturing date.

Our Melted Butter (Ghee) is a versatile commodity that can be used in multiple ways to consume a healthy diet. Our Ghee is lab certified and comes in customized packaging suitable to buyers needs and wants.

High Smoke Point

Ghee has a high smoke point (around 485°F or 250°C), which makes it suitable for high-heat cooking methods like sautéing, frying, and roasting without burning or producing harmful compounds.

Lactose and Casein-Free

During the clarification process, milk solids are removed from ghee, making it suitable for individuals with lactose intolerance or milk protein allergies.

Rich Flavor

Ghee has a rich, nutty flavor that can enhance the taste of dishes without overpowering other ingredients. It is often used in traditional Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines.

Long Shelf Life

Due to its low moisture content and lack of milk solids, ghee has a longer shelf life than butter and does not require refrigeration. It can be stored at room temperature for several months.

Contains Butyrate

Ghee contains butyrate, a short-chain fatty acid that have anti-inflammatory and gut-healing properties.

Supports Digestion

Ayurvedic tradition suggests that ghee can support digestion and absorption of nutrients, and it is often used in medicinal preparations and as a cooking medium in Ayurvedic cooking.

Rich in Fat-Soluble Vitamins

Ghee is a good source of fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin A, E, and K, which are important for maintaining healthy skin, vision, and immune function.
